Carsten Felgentreff has been a lecturer at the Institute of Geography at Osnabrück University since 2004 with a research focus on society-environment relationships.
Before that, he was a lecturer at the Institute for Cultural and Social Geography at the University of Potsdam, after successfully completing his doctorate at the University of Göttingen in 1995 on migration between Fiji's periphery and Suva, the capital of Fiji.
With his distinctive expertise in the areas of ethnology, qualitative social research and statistics, Carsten Felgentreff is an elementary project member.
He is also a constant and important contact for doctoral candidates.
