Prof. Karsten Müller, PhD, holds the chair of Work and Organizational Psychology with a focus on cross-cultural business psychology at Osnabrück University. His work is characterized by a strong international and interdisciplinary focus as well as the consideration of intercultural issues and perspectives. In his research, he focuses on processes of the perception of corporate social responsibility, topics of transformative consumer research such as the promotion of sustainable consumption, cultural factors influencing consumer and organizational attitudes and the analysis and acceptance of change processes.
His focus within the project will lay on psychological factors and mechanisms as well as information elements influencing consumption decisions related to chocolate. He is a lecturer at Bergische Universität Wuppertal. Also, he works as an organizational consultant.
